How long does the party last?                                                                       The party is for two hours which includes time for your lunch/tea. (Unless otherwise stated)

What if i want a longer party?                                                                      That is no problem, extra time can be booked at a cost of £20 per half hour. This includes party games and prizes. If you require another craft activity please ask for prices.

What do i need to supply?                                                                               All you need to supply is the venue and the lunch/tea plus of course the birthday cake. We bring everything else needed includng games, prizes and music!

What age's are the parties suitable for?                                                           We tailor the parties to suit the age of the children from toddlers to teens. The bears carry the CE label and are suitable for children over 36 months.

How long does it take to stuff the bears?                                                         It varies from child to child and of course age, some children stuff them in ten minutes and others take longer and require some help.

Is there any sewing involved?                                                                        No, the bears have a special one way zip closure which is covered by velcro.

Do i have to have all the same bears?                                                              Not at all, but it is easier if you choose from the same size bears so as not to cause upset! If you would like a certain bear you can ask for it on the booking form. If none are specified then a selection will be bought along for the children to choose from.

Do i need to give party bags?                                                                        The children take their new friend home in its own special gift bag so it isn't really necessary to give party bags as well. But if you want to then we can help to organise that too, ask for details.

How much room do i need, can i have the party at home, do i need to hire somewhere?                                                                                         Parties can be anywhere you choose, at home or in a hall. We can usually manage fine for space in most homes but it is entirely up to you. On sunny days parties can be held in gardens.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount of children i have to invite?         There is a minimum number of 8 children and no maximum as an additional party organiser can be bought along. (The minimum charge payable will be for 8 children).

Other party ideas?                                                                                         If you have any other ideas in mind for your party or would like something completely different then call Lorna who will be happy to help. Other themes or activites are no problem at all, we can organise anything and the only limit is your imagination! (And of course your budget!)
